Located right next to the Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens Trust gardens, the hotel offers a picturesque setting for nature lovers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the decor of the hotel was impressive.

Communication with the staff was poor.

Authentic, beautiful historical building with a charming garden. Warm and efficient desk staff provided a friendly welcome. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with everything in good working order. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Despite some minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The place was quirky, clean, had fantastic staff and cleanliness. We got a decent sized room with huge bathroom.

The venue is relaxing, it offers gorgeous breakfast and has ideal location short walk to Birmingham airport, the grounds, Birmingham. Breakfast with a mushroom and jams, for instance.

The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from The Maze. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was superb, with the main castle nearby and the stunning gardens just a stone's throw away. The room we stayed in had a beautiful wallpapered wall above the headboard, giving it an elegant touch. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, it was convenient to access the town center. we had a wonderful experience with the room and the hotel facilities.

There was one small downside to our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me. It was in an average residential neighborhood, but still within easy reach of the city center. The hotel itself was situated in a huge and beautiful park, which provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Secondly, the service here was top-notch. The staff, in particular the duty manager, were excellent. They were always available to assist with any requests or queries, and their customer service was exceptional. Lastly, the facilities at this place were superb. From the cozy and comfortable rooms to the delicious food served in the restaurant, everything was of high quality and ensured a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed this place, everything was good. Spacious bedroom. Late check-out. Stunning location and free breakfast. There were some pleasant restaurants.

The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful. the hotel had convenient parking right outside, which was a plus for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Additionally, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was in need of maintenance and was not as clean as expected. There were damp patches, stains on the carpet, and black mould in the shower.

We enjoyed our stay; the staff and food were second to none. It was enjoyable time in Birmingham.

Staff were brilliant, hotel was fairly clean, set in nice area close enough to BHX airport as well as the motorway. The bed was comfy and room was double superior and warm.

Very comfortable room with easy access. Beautiful park setting. Good price. Lounge food was excellent, including the steaks and bangers and mash. Packed breakfast was equally fabulous. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean and tidy with a great shower. Breakfast was good with character.

I was initially impressed by the beautiful exterior and grand architecture of Castle Bromwich Hall. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by a luxurious interior that perfectly complemented the historical charm. The bathroom in my room was modern and pristine, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the grounds surrounding the castle were stunning, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere.

I did experience a few drawbacks during my stay. the bed in my room was not as comfortable as I had hoped, which affected my sleep quality.

I had such a delightful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The receptionist and night porter were so enthusiastic when I asked about the history of the premises, even providing me with a detailed document about it. Plus, the night porter saved the day by preparing delicious sandwiches for us when we arrived late and hungry. The room itself was perfect, with all the amenities I could ask for. And the breakfast in the morning was beautifully presented, with a great selection for vegans like me.

I wish I had more time to explore the amenities and the grounds of this beautiful hotel. I could tell that there is so much potential for this place, but I just didn't have enough time to fully enjoy it.
